Kata is a sequence of movements and represents various offensive and defensive postures.
Typically this is performance in unison of a technique or a combination of techniques by karateka.

Training Programs

Our classes run four to five nights per week and cater to brand new students as well as the most experienced students. We offer training for Wrestlers, Referees, Commentary, Valet or Manager.

Our promo classes will teach you how to create and develop your characters and personas. As well as teach you how to project that out to the wrestling fans watching at home!
